I had a great experience with the team at New England spa. Mary did a phenomenal job orienting us and educating us on hot tub options that would be be best for our needs. Mary was patient and kind throughout the process. Carolyn was A+ with our water class, very informative and kind. Scott was helpful throughout, welcoming, and even helped us carry our bags to our car. Every visit we had to bring our children in and they were all so sweet and accommodating with them being distracting and rambunctious. 10/10 experience.

We recently purchased a sauna from NE Spa. Vicky was great from the moment we met her all throughout the sale, lead up to the install and even after the install. We cannot say enough about Vicky and her customer care! The products they have are amazing and the install was smooth and accurate. We are pleased and look forward to using our sauna for many years!

I have had my Sundance spa from New England spas and sunrooms in Natick Mass for over 10 years. It has performed perfectly. I was just in the store to have a new cover and lifter installed and Rosalie was amazing. It isn’t just about buying a hot tub. Alex worked with us to select our Pure cube indoor sauna and along with Dennis helped set us up with the installation team. The process was very smooth, no issues. I recently bought my first hot tub from New england spas. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rosalie, who is one of the sales associates there. From the beginning she was outstanding. There wasent anything she couldent answer from chemicals to taking care of my new hot tub. She called me several times to check in on me and my wife to see how we were enjoying our new spa. She also helped me over the phone multiple times with questions on chemicals. It is always a pleasure to go there and purchase my chemicals and see their friendly, knowledgeable staff. I highly recomend going into there show room and exploring options. They give you all the time you need and answer all of your questions. The delivery team was also fast and efficient.

Just before heading out of town for 2weeks I was experiencing issues with my hot tub and was concerned(since Spa Service Dept is closed on weekends) that I couldn’t get the issue resolved. I called NE Spa Norwell office and spoke with Phong La about my situation and he offered to help me trouble shoot and resolve the problem. He went out of his way to assist me and insisted I follow up so he would know that all was well. I’ve dealt with two sales staffers at the Norwell Store. Phong La has the best product knowledge of anyone I have worked with in the past. He made it his business to get my problem solved. Product knowledge and Empathy for a customers issues is a rare combination of skills. He has them both.

Could not have had a better experience. Starting with Mark in sales. Knowledge was awesome and he was a pleasure to deal with. Contacted by Dennis to set up delivery again could not have been smoother. Sent some photos and measurements to check for potential hiccups. Delivery team showed up on time and were very pleasant. Showed them where hot tub was going and went out of there way to accommodate my wishes. Shawn, Dan , Anthony and Avery (if any of those are wrong I apologize. I was very excited that day) worked hard and well together and wouldn’t leave till I was 100% satisfied

Rosalie is a fantastic and knowledgeable “relaxation specialist”. Her level of customer service was just right even though we ended up going with another hot tub option from another dealer. I would highly recommend New England Spas for those in the Boston area.
